At Pizza Camia, we cherish and cherish products that come from nature, come from seasonal changes, and come from natural growing methods such as:
- Products from mountain forests: Melaleuca mushrooms grow from grass in primeval forests. After the rains, the mushrooms grow and flourish and local people go into the forest to pick them up. We teamed up with local foragers to get fresh mushroom buds and added them to Phu Quoc Melaleuca Mushroom Pizza.
- Products from the sea: Preserve and preserve the traditional craft villages of fishermen who stick to the sea all year round, understanding the hardships of fishermen. We have purchased fresh seafood caught by fishermen every day without using any preservatives and added it to the menu at Pizza Camia.
- Products from pepper farming: Phu Quoc pepper is famous for its spiciness and aroma and is grown by islanders with traditional occupations, cared for according to the sun and wind conditions of the island. We combined it with Phu Quoc Pepper Pizza and Italian Spicy Sausage with The Camia’s signature drinks.
With the principle of appreciating natural products and everything must be built on sustainable values, the dishes at Pizza Camia are prepared extremely differently and creatively by adding Phu Quoc specialties to the dishes. Traditional Italian Pizza, we create a unique and unforgettable culinary experience! This combination still brings the classic Italian flavor and Vietnamese imprint.
