Melaleuca mushrooms grow from the grass in the primeval forest. After the rains, the mushrooms multiply and flourish, and local people go into the forest to pick them up. We teamed up with local foragers to get fresh mushroom buds and added them to our Phu Quoc Melaleuca Mushroom Pizza.
